Don't be limited,add personal reminders that support you.
An APP on my phone, can be scheduled to chime. When it chimes about every hour,
I Stop, Breathe, and "Check-In"
Moving Around: "desk to bathroom" • "car to location" • "TV to refrigerator (HA!)"
When moving through everyday tasks, FEEL the Sensory Subtleties between you
and your environment: shadows, temperature changes, gentle movements, textures,
(and I LOVE) layers of sounds!
Practicing in nature is easy and always magical.
However, it is a very Powerful Practice
to experience 5D in grocery check-out line and other mundane locations.
YOU will know when you FEEL your Galactic Spirit with Inter and Inner-Connectivity
YOU are one with the Universal Galactic Spirit, there is no separation.
