We do not know what we do not know, and I know not to pretend that I know. ;-) I can only share my Galactic Spirit through my experience and provide how-to glimpse through my teachings, Ascension Videos, and heart/pineal activations.
Explained by (my limited understanding of) Physics:
A five-dimensional space is a space with five dimensions. (5th Dimension has NoSpace and NoTime) If interpreted physically (length, width and depth), that is one more than the usual three spatial dimensions and the (4thD) fourth dimension of time used in relativistic physics. It is an abstraction which occurs frequently in mathematics, where it is a legitimate construct.

5th Dimensional Mastery
There is also the mind-bending possibility that many more dimensions exist out there. According to string theory, one of the leading physics model suggests, the Universe is expanding in Multi-Dimensionality.
The 5th Dimension could be (loosely) defined as the astral realm of the Physic Mastery with Elevated Sense Perceptions that holds unlimited
Evolving Consciousness
Increasing Telepathy

Remember, 5th Dimension is the Unknown, so there are no words(not that I think it's possible to explain a profound meditation either)
In my ascension mediations/visualizations, I See, Sense and FEEL my 360-degree Electro-Magnetic Crystalline Sphere traveling through NoSpace and NoTime.
Best example with the linear limitation of language...
Because 5D currently exists beyond our 3D-sight (with glimpses from our Psychic Senses), the limitations of my known mind, I begin my meditation with a 4th-Dimesnional moving and ever-expanding visualization, that I am showing you (below) with 2-Dimesnional images.
